Welcome to OverNormal Studios ("OverNormal," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at overnormal.com and its sub-services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

OverNormal provides a creative media production platform that includes:

• OverNormal Player (/play) — a music discovery and curation platform
• ON Finish (/finish) — an AI-powered music finishing and mastering service
• Rhyme Finder (/rhyme) — a Thai language rhyme search tool
• Projects (/projects) — a creative project showcase
• Newsletter — email updates about new releases and features

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using OverNormal, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

Some features require signing in via Google Firebase Authentication. When you create or link an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Services without permission.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent security measures.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Use the Services to send unsolicited communications (spam).

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on OverNormal — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to OverNormal Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Music Content

Music available through OverNormal Player is sourced from Suno AI and other platforms. Rights to individual tracks belong to their respective creators. OverNormal provides a curation and discovery interface and does not claim ownership of third-party music content.

User Content

If you submit content to our Services (such as comments or uploaded audio files for processing), you retain ownership of your content. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the Services.

6. ON Finish Service

The ON Finish service processes audio files you upload. By using this service:

• You confirm you have the right to upload and process the audio content.
• Processed files are temporarily stored and automatically deleted after the retention period.
• We do not claim ownership of your uploaded or processed audio.
• Results depend on AI processing and may vary; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Newsletter

By subscribing to our newsletter, you consent to receive periodic emails about new music releases, tool updates, and creative insights. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party providers including:

• Google Firebase — authentication
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection
• YouTube — video content
• Suno AI — music content

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Results from using the Services will be accurate or reliable.
• Any defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverNormal Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
